2. Core Services

3. Responsibilities
Design & Modeling: Creating detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Simulation & Validation: Using CAE tools (FEA/CFD) to analyze product performance, stress, and thermal behavior. Prototyping & Testing: Developing prototypes for testing to ensure functionality and safety standards are met.
Project Leadership: Managing project scopes, budgets, and timelines, acting as a liaison between clients and contractors.
Technical Consultation: Providing expert advice on material selection, manufacturing techniques (e.g., injection molding, CNC), and design feasibility.
4. Disipline
Belt Conveyor can be used to transport product of bulk material like grain, ore, coal, sand etc in a straight line or through change elevation or direction. The trough of the belt to ensure that the flowable material is contained within edges of the belt. The trough is achieved by keeping the idler rollers in an angle to horizontal at side of idler frame. Drive unit shall be located at head position connected to drive pulley. Support frame instead of two kinds of thrust frame and stringer frame. Many variety type of belt conveyor such as Transfer Belt Conveyor, Barge Loading Conveyor, Tripper Conveyor etc.
